Celestia Alluraine
Born into a religious life, Celestia has been a strict follower of Corellon Larethian throughout her life. Upon her coming of age she chose to devote her life to the service of Corellon in the temple. This life though was not as fulfilling as she had hoped and Celestia became restless; constantly overshadowed by her father, who holds within the temple the prestigious position of High Priest of Corellon Larethian, Celestia grew frustrated that her impressive accomplishments were largely unnoticed. She parted with her family and the temple on good terms and began to travel, searching for a place where her training and talents could be put to a more productive use. Despite her best efforts to remain aloof and detached during her travels, Celestia often finds herself being drawn into the concerns and problems of the towns she passes through, and often ends up aiding the locals or adventurers if their cause is noble. Her last such escapade was helping a group of adventurers rid a small town in the Western Heartlands of a marauding clan of goblins…
Appearance / Personality: At 191 years of age Celestia still has the beauty and grace of youth; her soft, pale skin and shimmering, white hair lending her an almost ethereal appearance. Although she attempts to portray herself as a mature, respectable and experienced cleric, the eager passion that radiates from her eyes mirrors the fire in her soul. In the heat of battle, Celestia has been known to completely drop her façade, clearly relishing the danger and excitement, although she categorically denies this as soon as her composure has been regained.
