Comments in reference to the character Roger Solenduqui a Human: a solid bard character. Played wtih a light/comedic style, which at some times conflicted with the dark/somber tone of the module, although the player also brought in a “uh oh, we‘re in trouble now“ element that worked fairly well. Lots of interaction with other players, and solid tactical role in a party lacking a rogue.

Comments in reference to the character Roger Solenduqui a Human: I loved the fop. One of the few who understood the “art“ of warfare, didn‘t rush blindly ahead, and was amazing as his character. His singing was a bit annoying though, ecspecially the wench elf and dwarf part, so I was tempted to remove his head a few times just to have some quiet. ;) I would gladly love to play a few more games with him though.

Comments in reference to the character Roger Solenduqui a Human: Excellent RP, clearly more a bard than a ranger. Loved the on-the-spot songwriting, too bad we couldn‘t really hear you sing (or maybe it wasn‘t too bad...). :) Excellent job keeping the party together, good tactical advice.

Comments in reference to the character Roger Solenduqui a Human: Kudos. BIG was awarded for not only having one of the most defined characters in a short game, but also for helping those who had less experience with NWN multiplayer (and in character, no less). Would not only play with again, but would consider it a privilege.

Comments in reference to the character Roger Solenduqui a Human: (Add Comments Here) Excellent barding - I love the on-the-spot song creations! Tried to keep the (large) group together, rational and on-track. Great role-playing!

Comments in reference to the character Elyssa Lin Tir‘ein a Human: (Add Comments Here) It was a pleasure playing with you; I picked up a lot of detailed concepts that added to the roleplaying that I wouldn‘t have thought of myself. You seemed more a character from a fantasy novel than a sprite in a CRPG.

Comments in reference to the character Elyssa Lin Tir‘ein a Human: What a interesting character. Played very well against the annoying big headed wizard guy. It was like a study in contrasts. Here was this woman who had the interests of the team at heart (so it seemed), being pitted perhaps unwantingly, against this egomanical wizard who wanted all the gold and glory.

Great fun in the Pre game RP board and I would like to see if the adventures of Sornest and Elyssa and that others could continue beyond this point... sounds like a job Rp continuation Man, making a modle for the continuation of these guys! maybe I will work on one...lol now if I could only learn how to do scripts...

Comments in reference to the character Gruush Magrok a Half-orc: (Add Comments Here)Excellent Performance Gruush. It was a pure pleasure playing with you!!

Comments in reference to the character Gruush Magrok: Gruuuuuush! What a performance! You were thrown in amidst an established duo and created your spot on the team in record time. The strong arm, for smashing creatures AND doors, sure came in handy. Keeping you alive was a challenge, but the investment yielded BIG dividends! Great game, pal!
11/17/03
Comments in reference to the character Gruush Magrok a Half-orc: Great job! Looking forward to more games with you!
06/11/03
Comments in reference to the character Willem Crossman a Human: *Applauds* I know i've been saying the same thing since we first started the series but it's aboslutely wonderful the way you rped the blind priest. Great work Gruush! Here's to hoping we play again sometime in the future.
06/11/03
Comments in reference to the character Willem Crossman a Human: Not exactly sure what is meant by "outlandish" so I didn't check it in case others think it has negative connotations. But Willem the Blind Priest of Grolm is certainly no run-of-the-mill character. Very well done Gruush. Sorry it had to end. Hope we can all get together for another campaign!
06/11/03
Comments in reference to the character Willem Crossman a Human: The "glue" of our group to be sure! So very well played, convincing, able to be "blind" without bringing the game to a halt. Did his "job" to perfection.

Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- ahh..yes Willem..the only thing i am going to say is....DONT STEP IN THE WATER!! ;)
06/04/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- A truly excellent game this time around. You guys are all "the best". I wish this was 50 chapters instead of 5!
05/31/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- As always another great game Gruush. I thought some instances were especially well done such as asking Harad to light your torch. That just furthers emphasizes Wilem's blindness :)
05/28/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): I suppose it's a matter of opinion whether taking a blind character into a campaign and repeatedly typing *stumbles on rock* and an occassional "I smell smoke" or " Is that running water I hear" constitutes good RP. I could overlook that because their is more to Willem than just that and overall you RP him well. But to expect everyone else to walk at the pace of the blind character every step of the campaign- unless they ask his permission first- seems... too limiting for the others? Then to "ding" them in reviews if they don't act the way YOU want them to- well that's just *mutters*. And it has managed to take almost all the fun out of what would/should have been an awesome campaign... -------------------------

[Gruush's reply to comment: Ah well, it's bound to happen occasionally. (^_-) This player and I just didn't see eye-to-eye as far as role-playing was concerned, and reviewing each other in this case caused more problems than it solved. Lesson learned here, that's for sure!

Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- Such a joy to play with! Always right in character. Unusual, yet so believable!
05/24/03
Character Played: Roger Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Sorry you had computer problems. I was really enjoying this character.
05/23/03
Character Played: Roger Solenduqui (Human): -------------------------Finally got to play a game with you. It was a real treat having you there. A rather interesting bard.
05/20/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): -------------------------Damn cleric nearly had me pulling my hair out when he kept getting so close to the edge of those pits & lakes.
05/20/03
Character Played: Placeholder (Dwarf): ------------------------- I had a great time playing alongside Gruushs bard. His "off key" guitar playing and witty comments had me laughing out loud on more than one occasion. Definatly looking foward to playing with him again.
05/18/03
Character Played: Placeholder (Dwarf): -------------------------
05/18/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): As I have said, and will most likely always say, Gruush is an excellent player with what I would consider a balanced mix of everything from RPing to H&S, enjoyment of puzzles as well as exploring. Great person to have in almost any type of game. ^_-
05/15/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): Another great game till the end. I know problems with the mod/save game were a factor but the sudden hurrying, running around, ooc talk and rush to quit before scheduled time left me with a bad feeling about the session... -------------------------
05/14/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- Blind man seemed to be able to see better at times. heehhe Great Game!
05/14/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- Would have been BPIG once again, but I had to give it to Harad for allowing me to play Basyle properly :)
05/14/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- Second game of the Parthenon campaign and even more high flying spear weilding im-blind-you-know action from everyone's favorite sightless priest of Grolm. great work! ~ SK
05/13/03
Character Played: Weemort Mingming (Half-goblin): -------------------------excellent planning with the invis spell, and getting all the info out of Nevit
05/13/03
Character Played: Weemort Mingming (Half-goblin): ------------------------- Weemort was up to his usual braniac goblinoid antics and enhanced my enjoyment of the game immensely. I particularly enjoyed some of his comments as we were leaving the Inn ahead of the lynch mob after killing some of their guests. I was a little slow catching up at first due to missing prior game; this was a fun group! - Aaron

Character Played: Weemort Mingming (Half-goblin): -------------------------
05/13/03
Character Played: Weemort Mingming (Half-goblin): -------------------------With Aria gone the party is left without a strong voice. That leaves poor Weemort as the lone voice of reason surrounded by an ocean of moral compasas (all pointing in different directions) This should be his chance to really shine.
05/11/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): I can scream it off a mountain top. Gruush is a fine RPer and gamer. Preferring it seems a nice mix of both exploring, adventuring, questing, RPing, and combat, he is an excellent player all around. I enjoy every game I DM for Gruush and always look for to his RPing and witty IC comments that accompany some sessions. Dat da good stuff!

Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): -------------------------

Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): -------------------------
Great job as member of the party, dealing with hostile members and trying to weasel into our graces. Right up until you spilled the reason you were really there....Wonderful job as an enemy spy we thought was a genuine new member!!!!
05/07/03
Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): Wow! who knew that my little dwarf with the nice fuzzy beard would turn on me *pouts* I could have had such fun with you *perks up* Oh well I still have your dead body *smiles* Nice job! B-I-G! M.D.
05/07/03
Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): ------------------------- Well played you dirty traitor you ;)
05/07/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): I felt bad about how harshly one of our peers reviewed me until I saw how low (IMHO) he reviewed you- that put it in context and made me feel better. One less than you is fantastic. Given that this was a first session, we had to get to know each other and had several problems with server and module---this was one of the all time great performances. You were able to keep your focus, stay in character with a very complex, unique personality and even take charge through postive thoughts, actions and comments rather than ordering others or being over controlling. The blind leading the blind indeed. Looking forward to "seeing" more of this character. My only complaint- how are any of the rest of use ever going to get BPIG... -------------------------
05/07/03
Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): ------------------------- Well Willem was an unique character to brng to a game. I mean I doubt that a lot of people have managed to play with a blind cleric but Gruush certainly played the part well and so two thumbs up from me. Great work! ~ SK

Character Played: Willem Crossman (Human): -------------------------
05/06/03
Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): ------------------------- Very original of you to come in as a spy. First time I ever saw it happen with a nwn game.
05/06/03
Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): ------------------------- play a great spy even though we didnt know thinking you were a newbe tothe group, but hey i welcome you back great rping D.O.
05/05/03
Character Played: Troknurst Barak (Dwarf): Thanks for helping me improve the game for the players. You played the spy and the end where you refused to be taken alive was very very well played. Thanks - Kadarr
05/01/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): Great job Gruush. Did an excellent job keeping the party in-line even if we didn't listen to you. The personality of this stan-offish rogue was excellent -------------------------
05/01/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): ------------------------- Good player, deliberately chose an abrasive personality for Elyssa but didn't take it so far that it became annoying. Effective use of rogue abilities to avoid traps, and good use of DM tells to supplement skills implemented in NWN engine. Helped keep party organized, and (I believe) was the only one not to be slain in the course of the adventure.
04/30/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): ------------------------- Elyssa spits a lot, doesn't she? :) I liked this cowardly and foul-tempered rogue very much, especially when she bickered with the dwarf - you and him actually made a pretty good team from a point on :).

Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): -------------------------
04/27/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): Easily one of the Top 5-20 RPers on this site. In character always, Gruush even knows how to slip in good laughs with his PC(s) keeping things light if and when they need it. Preferring a good balance of RP and combat / adventure, Gruush will subtly try to keep the game moving along which is good as some players at times lose focus on an agenda if it is not spelled out in a journal entry. Not slipping out of character, he is also good at trying to solve problems faced by the party, which he will never disrupt, even if his PC at times has trouble voicing his, or her, concerns over the predicaments. ^_- Nothing like playing a dim witted PC and still trying to slip in some direction and thought. Thanks as always for the fun Gruush! You're a great player to DM for. -Ark-
04/26/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): ------------------------- Great RPing as always. Good character interaction and lots of interesting quirks add a nice touch. Gruush is always fun to have in the group.
04/26/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): ------------------------- Ask, and ye shall receive....
04/26/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): Gruush is an excellent player. He plays stupid better than anyone else I know. A true testament to his abilities. I know it must kill him not to contribute when he knows the answer to a problem. -------------------------
04/20/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Once again, the "rat" got to share an adventure with stuttering Stephen Solenduqui! This time we got to actually work as a team, which was even better. Had to laugh when you kept putting the corpses to sleep with your color spray though. ;) This is a character I think I'd greatly enjoy playing in an extended campaign with, and I hope we get to finish the Sunless Citadel sometime together! - Alexander Frost
04/19/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- The stammering wizard. Good show even if you were a bit miserable. ;) BPIG -T
04/19/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- I'm not real sure of this character. Is his stutter a natural thing, or is he a Chicken-Mage, or is he just cold? Good Role-Playing.
04/18/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Very, very well played. A close second for PBIG. I could not have Kept the stuttering up. Always a pleasure to have you in my games.
04/15/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): I had a great time playing with Elyssa, as usual! -------------------------
04/15/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Nice to finally get to play with you! A shame it wasn't under better circumstances. Cait~
04/15/03
Outstanding work. It really cracked me up that you wouldn't give Lundy the key to the cells, even after you made a deal with him to open the boss' chest. Just trying to keep the loony Barbarian alive! Great Rp and a very good player. Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): -------------------------
04/15/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): ------------------------- Great job, as always.
04/15/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): -------------------------A good performance….I liked it when she tried to con Lundy out of the chest key. Although in character but obviously she wasn't a Ranger…. Rangers "Never leave a man behind" :)
04/15/03
Character Played: Elyssa Tir'ein (Elf): ------------------------- Great character, although I thought the conflict between her and Jaskin was too over the top at some points... and althought leaving Lundy behind was very IC, walking through the dangerous troll infested Moors without the dimunitive barbarian almost got you all killed... I really enjoyed the RPing in the beginning with her working for Silas and knowing all of the guards. Some suggestions: having her be more manipulative, and deciding that having the other party members around is good for her health so that she can stay at the back might be a good way to keep her core character but still have a reason to strive for party unity (would end up being N more than CN)
04/14/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- S s s s Stephen was a great addition to the team, stutter and all. Very well played, courteous, strong roleplay, and did his best to help out a team that was strung out with less organization than last year's balled-up Christmas lights. I can't think of anything specific to nitpick on, which is a rarity. Overall, an exceptional job under the circumstances. Pity that color spray didn't stick it to our own people on the occasion though. ;) It was a rough first game to play with you Gruush, but I'm glad I got the chance. Now we just need to find something a bit better organized to participate in! :) - Alexander Frost

Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Liked this charachter a lot, and a Very good roll player.. loved they way the guy was always sturrting, but despite the fact, seemed to ake up the mantle of being the party leader quite well.. Excelent job!

Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- Lots of fun to play with. role played with everyone. Great team player..and thoughtful, interesting character.
04/13/03
Character Played: Stephen Solenduqui (Human): ------------------------- An excellent player. Always in character and a great one it was! Added lots of fun for the game. A three way tie for best player with Kat an Kee
04/12/03
Character Played: Gruush Magrok (Half-orc): Great RPing as always! Staying almost perfectly in character throughout and knowing when to be serious and when to be humorous. Reactions to events was nice and interesting. While not the party leader, Gruush flowed with the party and even had his own interesting way of contributing to the decision making. As a player, there is a great understanding that not all always goes as planned and little things pop up. Thanks for the fun and thanks for the patience in the one place it was needed.
