Simply wonderful NPCs--each has a different personality, and even different ways of moving or emoting.
Jonny seems to have gotten comfortable with changes to resting rules and similar in the module. Or maybe it's the players who have gotten used to it? The mechanics felt nearly seamless this time.

Another fine session from Jonnytheshirt. His consistency as a DM is reassuring as we have a few newish players in the game. He played his npcs with all the humour and spark that the module called for. It added a lot to the session and made the world seem very alive.
Now that we're getting to the meat of the module, I'm looking forward to how it all works out. Thanks for another great session.

Great game! The whole party, with one exception, were total nwn newbies and this DM made our first experience one to remember. Nicely plotted, fast-paced adventure with the right mix of roleplaying and fighting.
The DM worked well to create the right atmosphere, keep the story moving and offered us just the right level of challenge. Nice work. Looking forward to next session.

Part of the danger of this place, is it lulls one, into thinking or forgetting how evil it genuinely is and how deadly. Sometimes it's easy to see orcs say, or maybe a nurse you're trying to fool, and to forget the darkness that directs the show. And we are helpless and for this group of patients, that's a new way of having to think of themselves. Peep has less trouble with it true, but then she's a kid, kids are at the mercy of the adult world, so she knows how to respond as such. The others, well think they adults and they in charge? :) .. Peep thinks they needs to learn caution and when to shut up sometimes and wait for they main chance! Maybe this game bring that on home to them, if it don't nothing gonna! LRP

Another great session, though a little less got done this time, we spend too much time loitering, hehe.
What we were doing was nice and varied and I've got to say I like the design of the areas. I especially liked the thick mist outside the cave we left, I'm looking forward to get to see the rest of that place.
Admittedly, caves aren't my favourite locale but everything was fun and well handled. A pity I had to leave for a bit just before the end of the game, sorry about that.
Great stuff though, here's to the next session, huzzah.

Another good session, slightly quicker to start this time but more complication ensued, not that it was your fault. The game is improving already which is a good sign and things are really starting to take off. Some nice personalised touches like the individual dreams.
Your reluctance to turn off item level restrictions seems a little off though as you can monitor everything we have in our inventories but we still cannot use our specific items. Besides that, the only other problem was those two floating trees you missed, hehe, make sure you get those in the forest.
All in all, looking forward to the next session when hopefully you'll have the technical faults ironed out.

A nice, fun game to kick off the beginning of the campaign. It certainly was fun to play; with three DMs, the town actually felt real, with conversations between patrons going on whilst we were talking amidst our group and that ol' dwarfy. My hat off there, if I were to wear one.
I did mark quite low on Stability and Organisation, mainly because of how the game started so late. However, this is expected to begin an adventuring campaign, so i'm expecting to increase these marks next game. ^_^
Overall, a rather fine game to play in, good job, guys!

We had a number of irritating technical difficulties beyond the DMs' control preceding the game and once we got started things took a while to get started. Once they did however, it became interesting and we got on our way.
After this problematic first session, the campaign looks to be shaping up well and I look forward to future sessions.

While the game was late to start, it was a great deal of fun. The level of personalization of the mod to the characters showed that the DM's paid close attention to character backrounds and worked them into the plot effectively.

Liked the arrogant Derro Savant who was taunting us made me want to throttle him....All in all a lot of belivable NPC's....These games give me a reason to look forward to Sundays - Vual

Excellent flavor and atmosphere in this game. I enjoyed myself a lot! The assortment of NPC characters, all of whom had distinct personalities... And we finally got that smarmy Drow! Woohoo!

The characters in this game really came to life. All characters had stuff to say and they were really acting the stuff out. On the other hand sometimes stuff took really long to be said by the npc's. Especially the zombie dwarf on top of the rock was to slow. I think it took about 10mins for his story? Maybe it was part of the design, but after a while it starts to bore... The stuff he did say was very good though :)
That was the only negative remark I could think of. I also wanted to mention that you handled to earth elemental pretty well by not having it persue the party and let it slaughter us again but still forcing us to go on. I hope there will be another way back around or we need to find some invisibility stuff :)

Not too shabby... The server crashed in the middle, but we picked up eventually and continued on our way. Some of the NPCs were incomprehensible, so that kind of made things confusing... But overall a pretty good game.

I think I had a pretty good time overall. I liked the puzzles, although the chess board one could have been a bit more straight forward (maybe make the correct path more clear). Some of them, however, slowed us down too much, I think. The one in the beginning of te crypt (err was that even a puzzle??) with the doors was one like this. The mod could have used some more npc's (we only talked to 2 the entire time!). Oh, one more thing. You might want to consider having an ooc area for the start of the game. Might make things a little less confusing at start up.

Despite our problems to get the game running, I really enjoyed this module. While the story was very simple and classic, it provided a great framework for roleplaying our characters and was always interesting.

First off thanks for taking one for the team and playing late, I really appreciate that. Secondly, I could tell that throughout this mod you were in your own, you seemed much more comfortable. I liked this mod because there was a good balance between plot, fights (not too many and not overpowering so no constant deaths) and I liked the puzzles not too hard but hard enough to start a conversation. Great game as usual.....See you Sunday :)

While the game started late, I don't think that was any one person's fault... And once things got rolling, everything went smoothly.
On the whole, the game was a heck of a lot of fun. I liked the red herring in the beginning, and being able to interact with multiple NPC's simultaneously gave the game a much more life-like feel. The atmospherics we pretty creepy, too.

There seemed a little less preparation with the screw up of the emote wands, but still the dms did good considering they had no wands for themselves to use.:) I'd say they adjusted the difficulty level realistically considering we were higher lev than we should be for the module.

A bit more combat in this one than the last module, with plenty of cannon fodder. We did seem to get our butts kicked a good few times though. enjoyed the session in the pub, its hard to think drunk when youre sober!

Had a great time in this game. Jonny did a amazing job of keeping us moving along and providing a decent challenge to our small army of stalwart heroes despite being a dm down at short notice. A thoroughly enjoyable game in which i hope to see through to the end. (galilee)

We had a few issues at the start which were likely due to the way I set up the game so I don't fault you for those. What can I say about your NPC's apart from they are realistic and always interesting. You are quite the role-player yourself! Can't believe how fast that kid was :).
