Though not the smartest or prettiest chap, Kent is always a friendly company to have around. He loves the sea and the general life of a sailor, though he doesn't share the sailor's love for alcohol and women. He does participate in them, however, to retain his status among the other sailors. He has been on this merchant vessel with the same captain for ages, and he has grown to become a capable hand, with a wide variety of skills.
