Looking for tilesets; I'm aware of the Greek armor haks out there. Didn't find much at the Vault except for Grassmaster's Roman City add-ons for the rural set.

I don't think there's any specific tilesets out there LB. Probably the nearest would be Stilgar's Castle Construction set http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=5236 or one of the combo tilesets that include it.

There's also DOA's Imperial Road http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=4653.

There might be a combo hakpack out there that includes both as well as other DOA/LOK/hills/mountain tileset addons.

I hope that helps.

Made a fair bit of use of CTP's Babylon one for locations in the Middle East and Mediterranean. It's all sandy floor, but there are some great tiles that possess walkable balconies and if you use the new large tiles with stone work textures on them for floors in the streets you can get past the sand if you feel the need.

Well now, I may need to set part of the module in a desert region, to take advantage of that set. Very nice.

It is pretty neat, and with ancient settings you can get to use the hanging gardens tile too. I'm mostly using it for modern settings and so far I've failed to find a way to build it in, though not for the want of trying!

To be honest you could probably use the thing for a lot of rural areas in Greece and Italy. I found normal rural ones to be too grassy for my tastes as far as Mediterranean landscapes go, to be honest. Lush rolling meadows belong to northern Europe, and the Med generally is like the movies represent - US south west with more trees.

Now what we really need is the standard desert tileset to have short grass turned on..... *rubs chin thoughtfully*

There is the drylands tileset, viz. a desert-y style thing with grass turned on. But I don't know if the texture is more Turkish med than Greek med:

There are a few different versions on the vault but I think that's the most recent/best one.
