The description of this board is "Need to test your module on some poor unsuspecting players? Need to find other DM's to help? This is your fourm." The first sentence lead me to believe this was where DMs posted for PLAYERS, esp as it is the only one of the forums with an obvious use for DMs. If this is not the place, I will put it in the player forum tho the description over there makes it sound like the place for PLAYERS to advertise for DMs. Eh, a bit confusing that.
