There are many options to set up in here...

Many of them are not cover in the NWN wiki

Does anyone have a complete list with explanation as to what each switch does

Also I can't find one to set the difficulty level

It always start at Easy every time I launch the NWSERVER

I wish it will start at D&D Hardcore rules

Try changing this line:

Difficulty Level=1

to

Difficulty Level=3

That should make it start on the hard-core rules.

there is no line Difficulty Level=

Should I add it somewhere?

and if so where?
In the [Server Options]
Difficulty Level=3 Doesn't work...

I don't know if it is still this way, but in the past (assuming you had the DM client installed on the machine that had the standalone server), you could fire up the DM client with the setting you want, load a module, then shut down. The next time you fired up the standalone server, the settings you used over in the DM client would carry over and be the default settings for the standalone server.
