look for modules that have multiple parts. it's been a long time since i have looked at the Vault, and mostly what I look for are DM only mods, so I'm not completely familiar with SP modules.

Look up Adam Miller. His first two series are some of the best. There is a ton of stuff out there, so I'm sure you'll find something good.

One of my all time favorites is A Hunt Thru The Dark; you play a drow in a single player campaign set in the Underdark - VERY GOOD.

You can't go to wrong with the Adam Miller mods. They're a bit old but they're pretty awesome. Look for "Shadowlords" and "Dreamcatcher".
