Switching from Local to Server vault

Sorry. I'm very new to DMing.

What's the best way to switch an existing campaign from local vault to server vault? My players ALL seem to prefer it. They all have established characters and I need to import them into my server folder. Can they just email me their saved character files?

All you need is their Bioware account names (the ones they sign into to play mp games) and a copy of their character's .bic files. After you get those, go into your nwn\servervault folder and create a seperate folder for each character with the account names. Put the .bic files under the respect accounts, dissallow local characters (advanced options) and you should be good to go. The next time your players sign in, they'll only have the option to pick their pre-existing character.
