I'm trying to run a server for a few friends and I.
My gear is as follow, p4 3.0 hyperthreading, 1 gig of ram windows xp sp2. D-link 604.
Right now I'm under DMZ settings which from my understanding is giving my computer direct access to the net by passing my hardware firewall.
My problem is that my friends can see my server in the server list, but when they try to log on they get a message stating that the server timed out or something similar.
